You need to know your customers, and understand what they want, and what matters to them.
Keep it simple, and try to make their lives better, even in a tiny way.
Don’t spend a lot of money on rebranding if you’re not ready to look deeper into the story you’re telling.
People buy your product or service, and even fall in love with your brand when they can identify with the story you tell.
If you’re not improving what’s at the core of your brand or business, your story doesn’t change, and a new logo and some new packaging won’t make any difference.
Unless you REALLY know who your customers are, what they want, what they need, what problems they have, you will keep putting products on the market that people don’t want.
